CW Feet and Hand Assembly Instructions: Posted on 08 Dec 17:21

You're going to need sprue snips or clippers, a screwdriver, and possibly a knife:

Starting with the foot kit: trim off all the sprues and clean off any flashing:

Insert the ball into it's joint piece and screw the two pieces together until the ball is at your preferred tightness. Joint stiffness can be altered at any time by tightening or loosening the screws. Over-tightening will result in stripped screw holes:

Insert the small side pieces into the larger side piece with the flat side facing out, and the angled peg facing forward:

Insert the longer 5MM peg into the ball assembly as shown, with the rounded/longer section of the assembly facing forward:

Attach the toe base onto the shorter 5MM peg, then attach the reverse side:

Press fit the tops of the toes into place, and slide on the top of the toe guards. Being mindful of which direction the small angled pegs are facing:

Cut the optional hoses to length and insert them into the three sections on the bottom of the feet:

Feet are finished.

Now for the Hands:

Starting with the thumb sprues (the ones on the left in the first picture), detach the pieces and assemble them as shown. There is a front and back to all the fingers, so watch which direction everything is attached. Use the sprue marks as an easy way to keep the pieces all facing the proper directions.

Also slide the wrist joint onto the palm pieces.

Set the thumbs and palms aside and screw together the lower two pieces of the rest of the fingers. Keep the finger tips on their sprues for now.

Sprue marks go up for the base, and down for the middle segment.

Remove the top four finger tips from their sprues and attach them (sprue marks facing down). These are the pointer and ring fingers:

Do the same for the pinky and middle fingers. Being sure not to mix them up.

Fingers can be add onto the hand in any oriantation you'd prefer the screws to be facing. As shown in the pictures the screws all face toward the center but the fingers are designed to be mixed and matched however you'd like.

Same is true for the thumb. Screws can either facing up or down, depending on which hand you attach the thumb to.

Press the palm faces together and tighten the two screws for each hand.

Flip the palms over and press in the colored hand plate.

All finished!

Some limbs may require you to trim down the 5MM peg length to eliminate any gaps. The 5MM pegs are designed to be longer to let you choose how long you'd like them to be, or for custom applications.

Install Instructions for MP27/MP30 Hip Fixes. Posted on 21 Nov 14:45

You're going to need a small screwdriver, and a pair of snips to install your new Hip Fixes.
Start by clipping the 8 pieces from the sprue, and laying them out as shown in the pictures. Snap each set of four pieces together as shown then set them aside while you get the figure itself ready.

Turn the figure around, and remove the three screws holding the front and rear of the groin piece together. Pull the hip flaps out from the now split pieces and remove the screw holding in the stock hinge. Set this piece aside, as you'll no longer need it.

Push the new hinge pieces onto the pegs the old pieces had attached to, making sure the offset is facing upward so the hinge can swing up level. Reattach the front and rear plates and screw everything back together. If the new hinges don't travel all the way up, you've got them installed backwards.

Plug the end of the hinges into the hole where the wheel recess is, as shown. Second picture shows how the hinges can be arranged (sans the door so it's easier to see) for the look shown in the pictures, but any layout is possible based on your preference.

To transform with the new hip hinges just bend the legs back and swivel the hinges down to what will be the bottom of the van. Transform as normal until you get what the second picture shows. The peg on the wheel panel will swivel 180 and the hinges align as shown to slide the panel into the normal position.
